It touches on some important aspects of occupational health and safety and what it means for the cleaner, the customer and the cleaning company. It defines the four main key cleaning domains and makes students aware of the main characteristics of each domain.
The course will cover, in greater detail, the critically important topic of the cleaning process and all related topic areas. It will cover all the main cleaning techniques required for efficient and effective cleaning as well as how to determine and managing a cleaning schedule when operating at a customer site. Expanding on the techniques module, the next module looks at the tools of the trade required to carry out the techniques. This means the use and handling of cleaning chemicals, the use and handling of cleaning equipment, maintenance of equipment and looking after the customer’s property.
Also covered is the topic of how to go about getting a job and whilst it’s intended to be about getting a job in the cleaning industry it is quite applicable to getting a job generally. In one of the closing modules, some motivational thoughts are given about the cleaning industry and working as a cleaner in that industry. Importantly, there is also a presentation on the ongoing support that is offered by BULLSEYE TRAINING to its students.
